Lakeview Family Church offers AWANA Clubs because kids matter to God. AWANA clubs assist parents in raising children to know Jesus Christ and to serve Him with their lives.

AWANA is fun for boys and girls of all types. Kids enjoy games, activities, and lessons that help them learn of and grow in the Lord. They also, learn that God has a very special plan for each and every one of us.

AWANA Clubs are broken into three exciting segments: Game Time, Handbook Time, and Council Time. In Game Time every child gets a chance to compete in teams and win as we play many different games from standard relays to more complex team sports. Children are given personal attention in our Handbook Time. Leaders take time for each clubber, asking about his or her areas of interest with sensitivity and sincerity. This time also provides accountability for memorization and workbook assignments. Each assignment is specifically designed to equip children with an increasing knowledge of God’s Word and His plan for our lives. A series of awards and trophies reward achievements at every level of a child’s progress. During Council Time we take time for singing and a practical Bible message

Our AWANA program includes clubs for children 3 years through 5th grade. Special events such as AWANA Games and Bible Quizzing competitions add excitement to the year.
